Firepro M799 Firesafe GPG Firestop Mortar is a specially formulated powder which is mixed with water, and primarily used to seal penetrations in fire rated floors and walls. GPG is simple to mix and apply, and gives a fire resistant and gas tight seal to cable, pipe, and duct penetrations in walls and floors. Use in conjunction with Firepro Intumescent Pipe Closers for plastic pipes. Existing GPG installations are easily drilled or sawn to allow for additional or replacement services. Such penetrations are then re-sealed with GPG. The compound also limits the danger of metal corrosion caused by the acid fumes from over-heated cable insulation.

Firepro B235 Fire Pillows are used wherever openings require reinstatement, whether or not penetrated by pipes or cable services. The Pillows are an easy and efficient method for fire sealing requiring minimum labour time. They can be removed and reused if services are added to or removed from the opening. Fire Pillows are quality cloth bags, enclosing a high temperature fire resistant granulated material. When exposed to fire the Pillows fuse to form a fire resistant barrier that is not penetrated by flame or heat in excess of the limits set out in the appropriate fire standards.

Firepro M706 sealant is a one-part fire-rated sealant formulated primarily to perform as a barrier to the incursion of fire around pipes and cables and through expansion joints. M706 is also an effective acoustic sealant. M706 is recommended for sealing interior construction joints which are subject to movement (up to ±20%) in concrete floors and concrete block walls, plasterboard, Hebel walls and brickwork. Also for sealing gaps around cables, metal pipes, conduits, busways and ducts that penetrate fire rated walls. If joint movement is not required, M706 sealant can be used as a putty for filling holes in fire rated substrates such as metal, concrete, plasterboard, and cables.

Firepro M707 is a one-part, water-borne, high performance, tough and gunnable sealant. It has been formulated to give the best balance of hardness and flexibility with good resistance to fire, sound, and moisture. Prior to a fire M707 is effective as a stable yet flexible seal with excellent adhesive properties. In a fire it intumesces to form a hard material firmly sealing it in place to provide integrity and insulation. Firepro M707 is primarily used for fire rating interior and exterior construction joints especially concrete panels and blockwork. It is useful for sealing small gaps around services penetrating fire rated partitions, and many other fire rating situations where an economical and simple to apply fire stopping material is required. M707 has excellent adhesion to a wide range of building materials, including concrete, brick, plasterboard, glass, cables, PVC, steel, timber, mineral fibre, and ceramic fibre.
