Firepro B302 Heat Guards are circular mesh surrounds required to meet the insulation criteria when fire rating walls and floors penetrated by metal pipes such as steel water & sprinkler pipes.

Firepro FD40R Fire Dampers are installed with ducting systems where they pass through fire rated walls and floors. In normal conditions the damper allows air-flow through the duct. When a fire occurs the intumescent material within the damper swells rapidly to form a non-combustible, insulating fire stopping barrier. Firepro FD40R Fire Dampers consist of a circular steel tube (spigot) with a circular grill inside. The grill contains the intumescent material. The damper comes complete with fixing brackets for the most common method of application.

Firepro FG10 Grills are designed to provide maximum free air area (83% excluding Stainless Steel case) whilst closing rapidly in a fire. In normal operation air flows freely through the core. When a fire occurs the core swells to many time its original volume (intumesce), blocking air flow, smoke, hot gases and fire. The FG10 Grill intumescent sheet is also used by fire door manufacturers.

Firepro FG50 Intumescent Grills allow the bi-directional movement of air through fire rated walls and floors. When a fire occurs the slats in the grill intumesce (swell to many times their original size) very rapidly to form a solid fire barrier. They are simple to install, easy to identify, and economical. Firepro FG50 Intumescent Grills have slats of foil-covered intumescent material with a rigid steel frame.

Firepro B310 Pipe Collar Floor Waste System is designed specifically for floor waste situations where there is a requirement to meet the specifications of AS4072.1 Section 4.6.2 on 100mm ID uPVC & PE pipes penetrating concrete floor slabs. The B310 System is made up of 3 parts: a B311 Retrofit Collar, a FWD101 Rubber Disc, and a FWD100 Intumescent Puck. The collar is bolted to the underside of the floor slab around the outside of the pipe, and the disc and puck installed within the pipe.

Firepro B318 Pipe Collar System is designed specifically for floor waste situations where there is a requirement to meet the specifications of AS4072.1 Section 4.6.2 on 100mm ID uPVC pipes penetrating concrete floor slabs of 150mm or greater thickness. The B318 System is made up of 3 parts: a B318 Cast-in Collar, a FWD101 Rubber Disc, and a FWD100 Intumescent Puck. The collar is cast in place around the outside of the pipe, and the disc and puck installed within the pipe.

Firepro B311 Retrofit Pipe Collars prevent the spread of fire where PVC and PE plumbing pipes penetrate concrete fire walls and floors. Also for use on PP-R pipes as per PPR Table, and 15mm or 20mm internal diameter polybutylene pipes. The B311 collar is suitable for use where the collar is placed outside the wall or below the floor. With the addition of the optional ''click-on'' flange oversize holes may be accommodated.

Firepro B312 Pipe Collars prevent the spread of fire where large uPVC and PE pipes penetrate fire barrier floors and walls. The collars low profile and hinged quick-clip construction allows fast, simple installation either before or after pipework is erected. Firepro B312 Jumbo Fire Collars have an outer casing of powder coated steel with a liner of intumescent material. They are simple to install as no crushing spring is required.

Firepro B315 cast-in fire collars prevent the spread of fire where PVC and PE plumbing pipes penetrate concrete floors. These collars are used in situations where a collar is put into place before the concrete is poured. Two styles are available either as a compact cast-in collar (B315LC) or with a high riser (B315HC). Unlike intumescent assisted mechanical damper type fire collars, Firepro B315 contain no fusible links or moving parts to require servicing. As the fire stopping intumescent material in our product is around the outside of the uninterrupted pipe it does not affect the performance of the pipe.

Firepro B109 Insulating Intumescent Pipe Sleeves maintain the fire ratimg of walls and floors penetrated by plastic or metal pipes. Especially useful where insulation continues un-interupted through fire-rated floors and walls. Insulation may be retro fitted to exsisting pipes.

Firepro B305, B306 Pipe Wraps are flexible intumescent seals for fire protection of fire walls and floors penetrated by plastic pipes and insulated plastic or metal pipes.

Firepro B309 Pipe Wraps for metal pipes, maintain the fire resistance of walls and floors whilst allowing for movement of metal pipes through temperature and vibration changes.
